1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TranslateAir application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of TranslateAir after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. License and Use

TranslateAir grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the application for your personal or business use on devices that you own or control.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our application
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the application
• Use the application for any illegal purpose
• Use the application to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Use the application to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable

3. Application Features

TranslateAir provides translation and OCR services. We strive to provide accurate translations, but cannot guarantee that all translations will be perfect or error-free. The application should not be used for critical translations where absolute accuracy is required.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We may also limit, suspend, or discontinue the application at our discretion.

4. Subscription and Payments

TranslateAir offers both free and premium features. Access to premium features requires payment according to our current pricing plans as displayed in the App Store.

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Prices are subject to change. We will notify users of any price changes before they take effect.

5. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for premium features. If you do not purchase a subscription before the end of your trial period, you will lose access to premium features. Some premium features may not be available during the trial period.

6. Refunds and Cancellation Policy

App Store Version

All purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. If you wish to request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through your App Store account or visit Apple Support.

For App Store purchases, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.

Direct Version

For direct purchases through our website, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, please visit Paddle.net and follow the refund process with your purchase details.

For direct version purchases, you may cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings and selecting "Manage Subscription". Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.

7. Intellectual Property

The TranslateAir application, including its code, design, logos, and other visual elements, is owned by TranslateAir and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain all rights to the content you translate using our application. By using TranslateAir, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the translation service.

8. Third-Party Services

TranslateAir may use third-party services and APIs to provide translation functionality. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

TranslateAir is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TranslateAir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the application.

11. Updates and Maintenance

We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or address security issues. While not mandatory, we recommend installing these updates for the best experience and security. We are not responsible for issues arising from failure to update the application.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to TranslateAir immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
